At YogaMihi, we believe that yoga should be for everyone, regardless of age, body type, or flexibility. Connecting the body movements, or asanas, with the breath, or prana, improves the overall wellbeing. With regular practice, it calms the mind, strengthens the body, and eases the soul. Our class motto is simple- listen to your body, respect it, and adjust your physical movements accordingly. Each body is unique and has its own needs, which is why we modify asanas, to suit every body.
