YogaMihi programs are not completely out-of-the-book solutions, but can be further personalized for specific individual situations by in-person consultation with a live Yoga Therapist. YogaMihi is a lifelong yoga companion that offers wealth of information on what's going on in the world of Yoga, and also includes a directory of Yoga resources nearby your location such as yoga studios, meet-ups, shops, and more.

About

YogaMihi is the result of years of Yoga learning and practice by its creator: Dr. Rathna Noojibail; she has practiced Naturopathy medicine at SDM Naturopathy Hospital in India, where she helped patients manage chronic conditions such as sciatica, hypertension, asthma, back pain, depression and insomnia using Yoga as a therapy, and combining it with a dietary plan for proper nourishment of body to aid faster recovery.

Rathna holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from San Jose State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences from the renowned SDM College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences in India.

Teaching Yoga as a therapy has been Rathna's passion; she practices in SF Bay Area, and continues to share her knowledge with Yoga enthusiasts of all ages. She has co-authored a Yoga DVD for back pain management,.

YogaMihi is Rathna's attempt to help people unleash the potential of yoga for healthy lifestyle with mind-body balance.
